Case Management System (CMS) is a system that stores all the information of the cases registered with a client. The system helps you keep a detail record of all the cases and a historical record of every case is also stored in the system. CMS handles the registering of a new case, updating the case status, and tracking the case until completion. This system makes sure that all essential information is collected and works with the resources to take necessary actions. On a daily basis, a graphical representation of the case details is shown in the dashboard. Tabs are provided to create and search customer, contact and cases. A detailed case summary is also available in this system.
